    In December of 2015, my eye doctor recommended EyePromise because my pigment numbers had dropped near to zero. There’s a history of age-related eye health issues in my family, so I took the doctor’s advice seriously. For the next year, I took one pill a day. It helped some, but not much. In December of 2016, she increased the recommend dose to two pills a day. I have to admit I cringed at spending 40/month. But, here I am a year later. In December 2017 my pigment numbers are back to normal. Normal. So worth it for me.
