    I have been taking this for about two and a half years and I just got done with another eye exam, my doctor showed me the results and my eyes have improve significantly on my macular reading. This is good stuff. You will not be disappointed.

    This was recommended by my eye doctor. I have both parents with age-related eye health issues, and even though I do not have any eye problems now, my doctor suggested it would not hurt to start taking this supplement now instead of waiting till my eye sight gets bad.
