    I have been taking Hi-Omega for years but recently switched to EZ Tears as recommended by my eye doctor. Too early to see/feel a difference, but will let you know how my eye health improves. I’m not a fan of soy lecithin, some oils nor natural flavorings. Would like to see few ingredients and all natural ones. Thanks!

    I can’t say that there is a definite difference that I notice but my eyes don’t seem to burn and water at the end of my day before bedtime as much as they use to.
