    I have not taken them a full month yet, but I like the vitamins mixed with the Omega 3...I will see if there is a marked improvement over time...I am sure it will take a few months. I was already taking a high dose of Omega 3 before I started the EZ Tears so I don’t see a startling difference in that respect, but I can tell that it is a good source of Omega 3.
