    My eye doctor told me about these supplements for my occasional dry eyes. Until I started taking them, I could not wear my contacts for more than a couple of hours before my eyes would be red and irritated. Now, I wear them as long as I would like, usually all day and sometimes through the night. It is wonderful not having to wear my glasses and to not walk around with red eyes because they are occasionally dry and irritated. Thanks, EZ Tears!
