    I like these eye vitamins. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. It helps beautifully for the entire day..I do not need eye drops during the day but I do get occasional eye dryness while sleeping. It does not irritate my sensitive stomach. I have just started my 2nd bottle. These vitamins work fast I felt a difference the next day! They are a bit long but still easy to swallow.

    I have used prescriptions but this is the best. No occasional dry eyes-you must use it and believe me. If you stop your eyes will dry but it will take a couple of weeks. When this happened to me I made that next purchase ASAP. It is now a part of my daily routine.

    These vitamins have significantly improved my occasional dry eye!! I was miserable before starting these. Eye drops are not enough. You need the vitamins, which are rich in omegas.
