    I have suffered from [occasional dry eye] for years and it made it difficult for me to be able to wear contacts. I had tried lid scrubs, hot compresses, regular fish oil, but nothing seemed to work. My eye doctor recently instructed me to start taking these and literally within a week I have seen a difference. After a decade, I am able to wear contacts again and actually be able to see without blurring or irritation!
