Our eye doctor recommended Eyepromise EZ tears and it has been a god send to us. We do wish they had coupons to lower the cost for repeat purchases as we are on Medicare and it would help greatly. This product does work!

So far works as advertised. Takes a while to notice the difference but does help with my occasional dry eye. Pills are pretty large so if you have an issue with large vitamins, could be a problem. Will continue to take these. Thanks.
