As an Associate Sales Representative for EyePromise, your focus will be on growing existing customer business through increased interactions and touchpoints, digital educational sessions with customers, and overall improved customer experiences. You will also be responsible for building new customer sales through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls in a specific territory. This position is located in our Chesterfield, MO office and is a critical growth driver within EyePromise to increase customer utilization of best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in healthcare and/or nutrition is a plus.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will communicate daily with existing and prospective customers to increase sales, build our brand, and drive customer loyalty. Your focus will include inbound and outbound touchpoints with customers which are intended to create an elevated customer experience. This role will be performed by utilizing multiple technology platforms such as SalesForce, HubSpot, and web-based order entry system.
