I’ve been using drops for years and my doctor recommended this new one. I thought it was super silky and smooth. No blur or burn. Love it!
The bottle is so stiff & hard to try & squeeze a single drop out while using 2 hands to aim for one eye then keep squeezing to add to my other eye.

The drops, themselves, work pretty well, to lubicate my dry eyes. The problem is that, half way through the bottle, it does not go back to its original round shape. It stays squeezed, in the middle and then falls on its side. It also becomes very difficult, if not impossible, to squeeze liquid out. I end up togging the bottle out, way before it is finished - a waste of good money. I also wish this came in small, portable vials.
Doesn’t last very long for dry eye

The medication itself works as expected, similar to other dry eye drops. However, the container and squeeze process are very difficult to manipulate for folks who have older fingers, as in an 88 year-old person. The more popular OTC products have containers that are much easier to manage. I will have to think long and hard before I re-order.

I have found Hyedrate Clinical to be very helpful when my eyes feel dry and scratchy. One drop in each eye solves my problem for many hours and I really like that.

While my eyes are less red they itch more which is extremely uncomfortable. I don’t see this product any better than over the counter eye drops. Plus I was given three bottle and I am almost finished either first one. I know I will run out before three months. Very disappointed.
