At EyePromise, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.  

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Care Team +1.800.900.2303 or support@eyepromise.com within 60 days of purchase. Please have your original receipt and order number available for refund eligibility verification. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment at time of purchase. EyePromise is not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered submissions.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from EyePromise and its subsidiaries. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for a refund through this guarantee. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. Refund requests may be denied if they violate applicable laws, EyePromise Terms and Conditions, or if fraudulent activity or abuse of this guarantee is detected.
