As someone who suffers from dry eyes due to eyelid failure to close completely during sleep, I am very grateful for your product that offers gentle pressure on my eyelids throughout sleep. However, the separation of the fabric from the foam after gentle cleansing of the inserts and foam-padded outer ring is disturbing! I have ended up using the product without the fabric covering over the foam. This is NOT desirable! Given the expense of the item I would strongly recommend you address this issue in future.
I bought them for my brother and he is using them nightly.
Not very comfortable and too small to cover the entire eye area. My main reason for purchasing this is to prevent air from fans blowing into my eyes at night. Sometimes my eyes aren't completely closed while I sleep.
The band that holds the cups to the is unwieldy and hard to use.
This is my 3rd pair and the piece by the eye temple side was bent in a way that makes them difficult to use. I have bent it back to match the other two pair but I was disappointed. Not sure they fit as well as others did when they were new
I bought one that lasted nearly 2 years with regular cleaning. I was so pleased that I bought 2 to replace it so I could have a clean one every night. But the material covering the foam fell off after just a month of wear — on both of them. I’m in search of a new solution for my dry eyes and I’m going to tell my eye doctor not to recommend them any more because of the decline in quality.
Excellent product except for the fact that the straps get loose fairly quickly and it looks like replacement straps are no longer available.
These have served me well for many years. However one persistent problem is the straps. They work fine for quite some time and then they do not stay tight. They slide in their strap holders. Anyone have any suggestions?
