This is a great product. I would have given it 5 stars but the customer service at Eye Promise is so bad that I couldn't say it was great. When you call, no one answers. If you leave your number asking for a call back, they sometimes call back the next day, leaving a rushed message and no other way to get in touch but to start over calling their customer (dis)service number again. Eye Eco was a great company to work with. Eye Promise not so much.

Great product. After ordering, I got an email saying I was signed up for the subscription plan, which I did not sign up for. I sent a message to customer service asking to be make sure I was not on the subscription plan. I didn't get a response, but hopefully that has been taken care of.

I have been using the product for 2 months. So far so good, no styes. I am not sure if it is the soap in particular, or just that I am washing my eyes twice a day now, but I will continue using the product, I just bought a bigger one.

Cleanser with tree tea oil

This cleanser is great for your skin and eyyelids. It removes make up from both areas and the tea tree oil is very effective for healing. Loves it!

Great product but slow to ship

Great product but shipment is really slow. There should at least be an email update if it's delayed felt very frustrated it took over 10 days between order and shipment notification.

Highly recommend!

I tried a small bottle from my eye doctor about 4 months ago. I thought it helped but didn’t realize how much until I ran out. So I ordered the big bottle direct from you. I have glaucoma and rosacea so have always been prone to itchy eyes with the occasional styes. The glaucoma drops burn and it seems like my eyes are always itchy. This product reduces the irritation to where I really don’t think about it most days.
