Once you have accessed your Account page, you'll find "Auto-Refill Plan" in the upper navigation. Click into it and select "Account." Here you can manage details such as:

• Email address
• Phone Number
• Billing Address
• Payment Methods

Once logged in to your Account, click on "Auto-Refill Plan" in the upper navigation. Here you can see your Next Order details.

You will see your address above your products on auto-refill and just to the right of that address will be a link to click that says "Edit" (Address). This will take you to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.

Note: This only updates the shipping / delivery address. This does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

Yes, 4 days prior you will receive a reminder email. Additionally you will receive an order confirmation email along with shipping notifications so you can track your next shipment.

Once you have accessed your Account page, you'll find "Auto-Refill Plan" in the upper navigation. Click into it and where you see your current product, there will be a link to "Edit" just below the product price.

Here you have the option to either swap the existing product for the same product of another size (e.g. swap a 1-month supply to a 3-month supply) or, just below this option, you can click "Swap this for a different product" which will allow you to choose an alternative.

Once you have accessed your Account page, you'll find "Auto-Refill Plan" in the upper navigation. Click into it and you will see options for Rescheduling or Skipping your next order.
