I do not like the website and how to order. I keep getting charged twice and at 108 a bottle that is expensive. I only want one bottle at a time in am constantly receiving two every shipment. The website is very confusing to use.
Frankly, I think your product is over priced. It is the only medication in list of pills that requires two applications every day.
This product is great, however, your customer service for older people like me, is bad. I waited on the phone for over 40 minutes. I pressed the number to have someone call me back...I am still waiting!

I ordered the product on July 11 and have still not received it. I have tried multiple times to contact the seller but have not gotten through. I have been on hold for several hours with no answer. They also promise to call back if you leave your number to not lose your place in line and never call back. They have a nice message about how they value your time but obviously that is not true !!!!!

I have been ordering eyrpromise products for many years now. I have usually just call in my order and the majority of time reached a customer service agent right away. This time, I had to leave a message and was told it might not be returned for five business days. A very long time to wait. And, in fact, I never did receive a call back. I finally went onto Amazon and made my order. Have you significantly cut your customer service staff? Also, I could not find the macular health zinc free online on your site. Has this been eliminated?

I cancelled my reoccurring monthly purchase in early May after getting a bottle that was ordered in April, and I was charged and sent another bottle in the middle of June.
Could not give my information to anyone that I had been scammed and had to get a new credit card! No one answered phone or would not call back and I am not computer tech nor did I want to put the new number on the computer!
