Natural Moist Heat:

• Moisten cotton liner with water. Squeeze out excess water, leaving liner moist
• Place moistened liner over back of d.e.r.m. compress
• Place d.e.r.m. compress with liner on a paper towel and heat microwave on high as directed below
• 500 Watt Microwave - 25 seconds
• 1000 Watt Microwave - 20 seconds
• 1500 Watt Microwave - 15 seconds
• Test temperature with your fingers. If it feels hot to the touch, wait one minute and test again. Once the temperature feels comfortable to the touch, gently place compress and liner over closed eyes. Secure wrap with strap. Wear up to 10 minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.

Refreshing Cold Compress:

• Place d.e.r.m. compress in sealable plastic bag
• Place bag in freezer for 30 minutes
• Remove mask from bag and place over eyes for 5–7 minutes or as directed by your doctor
