The jar you sent was heavily bent in the mail. I will transfer what I received into my old bottle. It was sent in a pouch instead of a box. The seal was not compromised, so luckily the product survived the trip. May purchase it from my doctor's office in the future if this continues.
After 3 mon ths, these capsules seem to be helping. A question: should I take all 3 pills at once? Take 1 in the morning, 2 at night? Help?

My doctor recommended this product & provided an informational handout which sounded great. Unfortunately $68 a month is a little too steep for me when approaching retirement. Will not be able to continue that kind of monthly payment once retired.
I just need to remember to take my supplements because when taken consistently they work!

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to update a credit card for over a month. Received a call from an unknown number asking for card information. Phone numbers should display the company name. Too many sv+cam out there to trust a random caller.
I've been buying De3 Omega Benefits from my eye doctor's office for about 2 years, and it has totally helped me with my "dry eyes" and has even helped to the point that I no longer wake up with "crust" along my eyelids! When I felt they were overcharging me for the product, I decided to shop around and discovered Eye Promise was much more reasonably priced! Thank you, Eye Promise!
I have been taking De3 for at least 3 years now. I don’t have any complaints about the product. But as of now the customer service is the worst!! I have been trying to change my prescription interval for the last 3 days without any luck. No one answers the phone or returns calls!! The website is of no help. If I cannot get this issue resolved, I will need to cancel completely.
The product is great but your customer service is nonexistent. I called your customer service number, left messages and no one responded.

This is not the same fornula that I enjoyed under PRN. Never once experienced a fish burp with PRN. It seems eye promise is a poor substitute. I will be canceling my order

When I ordered your De3 product I did not realize that the softgels would be so large that I am afraid to try to swallow them. Now I am stuck with 90 softgels that I don't know what to do with. I will have to find a liquid product that i can afford.
