Ordering and receiving a 4 week supply was not a problem. My issue is that EyePromise (formally PRN) lost my information for a subscription to this product that I have been receiving for 8+ years. I was notified of this issue in early July and have been trying to reach customer support ever since to remedy the situation, even leaving a call-back request that I am still waiting on (3 weeks now). Truly disappointed in this response to customer service.
