My package was sent to the wrong town. I contacted Eyepromise and they immediately sent me out a new order!

I got an email from "Heidi" advising me that my order couldn't be processed. I had changed my credit card. I called the number in the text and everytime I selected the prompt, I was discounted. I tiieded "customer service" number and left a message that was never responded to . I did this at least three times. I finally made a new order and set-up a new subscription. I only did this because my optomolist recommends the produce and I need it fro dry MD. Otherwise, I would have nothing to do with PRN or now Eye Promis. I've concluded with others that I hav e dealt with the Eye Promise is nothing more than an order taker and shipper of product. I really doubt there actually is a "customer service" department. If I actually get a response from a real person to this email, I will gladly apologize for my misrepresentation.

Easy to swallow and no aftertaste

I just started taking these at my Doctor’s request as I have a bad case of dry eyes. I’ve been using eye drops 3-4 times daily with no relief. I can honestly say after one week of taking 3 per day I notice a significant difference. I’m still using the drops to supplement but this has really made a huge difference. I will be curious to see what my doctor has to say. I have a follow up in three weeks.

I don't like the after taste

I have been taking 3capdules for the last 3 years and have no change to my macula. They are also easy to swallow being so big.
