INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLD COMPRESS

• Place two beads into the back of the Eyecloud® mask. Place contents into a resealable plastic bag and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.
• Remove mask and beads from the freezer. Moisten a cotton liner with filtered or bottled water, and place over the beads and mask.
• Place mask over closed eyelids and gently secure the gray velcro® strap in front. Wear for 15+ minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NATURAL MOIST HEAT

• Clean and rinse eyelids prior to moist heat therapy. (Gentle Tea Tree Eyelid & Facial CleanserTM can be purchased from EyePromise).
• Insert one liquid instant gel pack into the back of the mask. Take a second gel pack and click the metal disc to activate.*
• Place the activated gel pack on top of the first gel pack (inserted into Eyecloud®).
• Moisten a cotton liner with filtered or bottled water, and place over the activated gel pack and mask.
• Place mask over closed eyelids and gently secure the gray velcro® strap in front. Wear for 15+ minutes or as directed by your eye doctor.
• After treatment, discard the liner. Reverse the gel packs so the used gel pack is on the bottom and the liquid Instant pack is now on top. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the next treatment.
